My career goal is to address the cycle of poverty and lack, including services and resources, that affects generations by working cross functionally to produce resources that will empower people into a better way of being, thinking, operating and living. Through strategic thinking, my goal is to work internally with businesses, organizations and non-profits by having the important, and at times difficult, conversations that produce actionable, strategic plans that result in restoring people’s ability to capitalize on their human capital in a meaningful way. When done right, this work reduces poverty, crime, recidivism, turnover and a host of other societal, economic and workplace woes.
Ultimately, my goal is to be a part of something that changes the trajectory of generations, something that allows people to dream big without fear of inevitable failure due to who they are. I want to be a part of something that supports people to success and wraps around them to help them maintain that success. I want to impact the communities that have slipped through our fingers and the people that have slipped through the cracks.
I am someone who wants to help you think and plan holistically. I want to help you fill in the blanks!
